At Complete Pad our vision is to provide you with a one stop shop & service that leaves you stress-free and padded-out in designer style. Our aim is to do this for you whilst saving you time & money. When you commission us to design & install your Complete Pad you are guaranteed that the total job cost inclusive of all our fees and every inventory inclusion will be less than the retail value of the goods alone. So in effect you are getting our expertise and know-how at no extra charge. In fact, with our Complete Pad service you will save in more ways than one; obviously your time and of course the potential to make expensive mistakes, but most importantly you will save your hard earned cash.

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT FROM OUR COMPETITORS?

As is typical of our industry, many design companies will charge an ongoing & often unforeseen hourly rate for the design & project management of your job, in addition to a 20-30% markup of the total job budget, often described as a handling fee. At Complete Pad we feel this way of charging is unjustified & counterproductive to enabling our client’s affordability of a complete scheme. We are not in the business of helping you do half your home; we want you to have it all. Our fixed lump sum ‘Design & Project Management Fee’ is a realistic once-only fee which is clearly exposed in each job quote. This fee covers all applicable charges as outlined in the pre-commitment stages detailed below, as well the expense in having us see your Pad through to its completion.

The unique way we work is specifically structured to make it possible for you to have the total picture, the COMPLETE Designer PAD! In addition to this we do not add on a handling fee, in fact, we pass on trade discounts to you, which explains how we can confidently guarantee that we can design & install your complete pad whilst saving you more money than if you did it yourself.

Further to this, once we establish a thorough brief & design selection, we offer you a fixed price quote. We feel it is very important that our clients know their end cost & we feel it is our absolute duty to design within this budget. Despite this not being typical industry practice we will take full responsibility for keeping a job to budget and choose to further discount your inclusions before asking you for more money.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

an indication of your true budget indication. We work to any budget; however this does not mean we can do a $50k fit-out for a $15k budget. If you want a $15k package then rest assured we will give you the best $15k package on the market. However if you can afford a $50k package then we suggest you commit to your true budget potential. This way we know we will be delivering your every expectation.

a small brief on the style & look you want to achieve. You may find value in jumping on our website and creating an online scrapbook for us to review the things you like from our online shop.

an indication of your preferred installation timeframe or deadline

and finally, a willingness to be guided by the experts in creating your ideal pad. In many cases it will not be possible to physically view each item so a confidence in our advice when suggesting your package inclusions is an essential element for the Complete Pad winning formula. This approach is the reason we can keep our fees & budgets so low without jeopardising the quality of our services or design. We have gone the extra mile to make sure clients are kept well informed about their furniture package’s inclusions. Once we have got a firm commitment we will develop an online quote specific to our client’s property. Clients can access this quote through our website’s client login using a username and password. SCOPE OF WORKS FOR EXISTING APARTMENTS
Complete Pad will handle absolutely everything. In fact, like many of our clients, you don’t even have to be in the country.
Property appraisal to assess the extent of work required & to review the existing finishes & fixtures.
Preparation of an itemsied quote plus a floor plan showing the furniture layout and all inclusions.
Preparation where required of an online client login quote showing the exact retail verse trade price comparison.
Selection and ordering of the most appropriate home-wares & furnishings.
Assembly and installation of all furniture and equipment.
Supervision of all deliveries and tradesmen.
Rubbish recycling and removal.
Handling of all invoices and payments.
Notification of removals and works to the body corporate or caretaker.

For larger developments that are sold of the plan, Complete Pad will customise a complimentary obligation free furniture package specific to that development. Our designers are also available to consult directly to any interested purchaser, reassuring them of the added value a Complete Pad fit-out will make to their investment.

The consideration of furniture at such an early stage enables Complete Pad to advise on electrical & lighting locations including socket points, switches, TV aerials and phone jacks. We also recommend that developers or owners engage our offer to review floor plan layouts and the finishes & fixtures that have been selected for the project. In some cases we may recommend the use of a feature wall colour to enhance the furnished scheme or even a small floor plan improvement. We are happy to do so at no charge to the developer.

TYPICAL TIME-FRAMES
Complete Pad is aware that every vacant day costs our client valuable rental income. Therefore we ensure the job is done within a minimum time frame. For example a typical investment property package will require 3-4 weeks to complete.

TYPICAL BUDGETS & FEES
Our most typical and signiture style furniture packages generally range between;
$12000-14000 for a 1 bedroom apartment
$14000-$16000 for a 2 bedroom apartment
$16000-$18000 for a 3 bedroom apartment
